• Content you post — photos you upload, along with any caption, description, and feedback-request text you add, and any critiques or reports you submit.
• Profile information — anything optional you choose to add, like a bio or gear list.
• Usage data— things like how many times a photo has been viewed, how many critiques you've given, and rating activity, which we use to run the credit system and show engagement stats.

2. How we use it

We use this information to:

• Operate your account and the credit-gated posting system
• Display your photos and critiques to other members
• Review uploads and moderate reported content
• Communicate with you about your account

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your photos for anything beyond operating Photofuffle itself.

3. Who we share it with

We use third-party infrastructure providers to run Photofuffle: an authentication and database provider to store account and content data, and a cloud storage provider to host uploaded photo files. We may also use a cookie-less, privacy-focused analytics service to understand overall site traffic — this doesn't track you individually or use cookies. We don't share your data with anyone else except where required by law.

4. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. That's it — we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

When you delete a photo or critique, it's hidden immediately and permanently deleted from our systems after 30 days. Until then, it's recoverable in case you change your mind. We retain your account information for as long as your account is active.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information under laws like the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you — download a copy anytime from your dashboard
• Delete your information — you can delete individual photos and critiques yourself at any time from your account, or delete your entire account from your dashboard, which hides everything immediately and permanently removes it within 30 days. Prefer we handle it for you instead? Contact us below.
• Correct inaccurate information — most profile details can be edited directly from your account
• Object to or restrict certain uses of your information

7. Children's privacy

Photofuffle is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 — see our Terms of Service.
